At Sleepy Owl Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our brews, but since coffee is a perishable food item, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, we are committed to making it right within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Report the Issue

    Email our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the problem.

    Provide Evidence

    For damaged or incorrect items, please attach clear photos of the packaging and the product labels to help us speed up the verification process.

    Internal Review

    Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if a replacement or a refund is applicable based on our quality standards.

  • 4.
    Resolution

    Once approved, we will either ship a fresh batch of coffee to you at no extra cost or initiate a refund to your original payment method.
